My baby won't start.
 

My baby won't start. I can't get diagnostic tool to read computor. Did engine swap. Engine ran before swap. Nothing electrical was messed with. Battery disconnected before any work done. Everything works except no fuel pump, no spark, no injector pulse. Bought new k40 module, nothing. Checked grounds, all ok. Changed cam sensor, got fuel pump, now it's gone. Changed crank sensor, nothing. What would keep diagnostic tool from linking to computor?
