1985 MERCEDES SE IDLE AIR CONTROL VALVE(NEED HELP PLEASE)
I need to know the color of the wires that go on this unit,IDLE AIR CONTROL VALVE I have no plug just 3 wires (black , brown , black with yellow strip) can you please help???

I assume you have an 85 380SE US car. If so, the idle control valve gets a black and a black/yellow wires. they can be hooked up either way. The brown wire is a ground, but not for the idle control valve.
