Welcome to the forums!

Id start by pulling the fuel inlet under the hood and cleaning backward from there. Kerosene is a great fuel line cleaner.

You may end up having to drop the fuel tank and cleaning that.

Has car been sitting up not running? If it has not run in a long time you may have to start by removing the tank and starting to clean everything from there.

Try another fuel pump relay . Remove petrol line to engine do you have fuel when it stops from the fuel line. You must find out if its electrical of fuel first. Before you start getting other parts to pieces .

Are you sure there's fuel in the tank? Maybe it's empty and the level sender has failed?

Faulty relay is another consideration
