Sterring wheel noise

I am starting to here a click sound when I turn my stering wheel. Does anyone have a clue why this is happening?

I have a 92 400E. The sound is like a clicking sound when I turn the wheel. It sounds like something loose inside the stering wheel.

check control arms and bushings.

Could be a contact ring or brush pack for srs. I have seen the lower tube get bent also when evaporators have been done and this makes a rubbing noise.
