CLK 230K RPM Problems

Hello I`m new to the forum and to MB overal, I bought a MB clk 230k 193HP., almost year ago.... changed oils belts fuel pump filters. Car was perfect, few months ago engine started to shake at low rpm on idle and the whole car shakes a bit. When to a service they said its the MAF and engine/gearbox tampons. All was changed with new can acted the same. drove it for 2 weeks and the car started to cut off on 1500-2500 rpm. Went to another better service, they said old maf is ok no need to change and tampons as well, checked the injectors one and 4 was completely dark and blocked, they cleaned them on ultrasound and put old MAF, the car was back to normal at the 1500-2500 rpm. Now the big problem.... when I try to push the gas to the metal car is ok until 2800 rpm then it`s like the engine cuts out and it`s like I hit the brakes, after a second or 2 the engine wakes up again and wooshhh until it hits 3200-3500 rpm and it starts to cut and go cut and go again until it hits 4000 rpm. The problem is only if I hit the pedal hard, if I go with a smooth acceleration there is no cutting out, but in the second I push the pedal to the metal engine goes crazy ... And btw the shaking on low rpm is still at hand as a problem, I have friends with the same M111 engine and it works smooth as butter..... PLS help I did not find any info on a problem like hat. Some services say its the camshaft adjuster other say its the chain other say the this engine just work like that !?!?!?!?
