Boost psi sensor
Anyone know what the function of the boost psi sensor in the intake manifold on my 85 Mercedes 300d is for? Mine is missing and unhooked ? Is it going to adversely effect anything

I don't think the '85 came with a boost sensor, unless you're talking about the line to the ALDA. Do you have a pic of what you're talking about?

if its the one on the firewall its really not important.I don't use mine,as I have my turbo turned up.Sometimes I hit 18 psi.
