Transmission modulation adjustment
 

Hi Guys
My mechanic adjusted the Auto trans Mod. on my 280se 126 but now its a bit too snappy.
Could someone please advise me how I go about backing it off a touch.

To make the transmission shift harder go clockwise with the adjustment, to shift softer go counterclockwise. If you back it out too much it will slip.:D

Underneath drivers side on tranny, it will be a red ,green or whatever color valve with a vacuum line going to it. There is a blck cover ( dont break it) its rubber. Remove it and you will see a metal piece in there , carefully pull out the metal piece enough to turn it . Turn in direction wanted and put the rubber boot back on.:D
