Size of ignition rotor adapter bolt
Anyone know the size/dimensions of the bolt for the ignition adapter for the m103 engine? Part number is
104 990 05 22. I hate having the star bolt in there because those bolts always strip. I want to put in a hex bolt instead. Thanks.

I guess the bolts vary. On my 1990 190E 2.6 the bolt is a M7 6-point star bolt, I went to the junkyard today and pulled one from another 190E and I believe it was an M8 allen key bolt.
