84 300d radio wiring issues

I have a 300d and the radio has never worked so I decided to try and put an after market one in and when I took everything out it look like some one cut all the connectors to the radio I have a red-constant, brown-ground,black-ignition,gray-illumination and 4 wires for the speaker then the fader looks like it had six wires coming from it, which I found 4 speaker wires that came from that but the 2 others are no where to be found. I need to know what those 2 are cause it seems I can't get the radio to work without them
