I have been searching for this particular item on my 1994 E320 wagon. I am looking for replacement of this rubber material that goes under the hood in front of the insulation pad near the front under the hood grille. It is about 3 feet long, about 3 inches wide and about 1 inch thick. When closing the hood this particular part meets contact with the front top radiator or close to it. What is this part name and number? I need to replace it due to deteoriation and crumbling. Anybody knows about this?

It might be 124-682-05-26.
A lot of the time it just gets removed and not replaced. Fairly expensive for a piece of moulded foam. Google that number without the dashes and see if the pictures that come up are what you are looking for.

dmorgan, call the Parts Department at your local MB dealer. It's likely they can have that part for you in a day or two, but it may cost more than you are prepared to spend. Another possibility would be a salvage yard; however, expect a used piece to be deteriorated.
