Front Passenger Headrest won't move
 

My 1995 S320 has a bit of a problem with the front passenger head rest. You can hear the motor running when you activate the control, but the headrest doesn't move. It is stuck all the way down.

My guess is that there is something in the works that is not catching or stripped. I cannot seem to figure out how to get inside the seatback to have a look.

Any ideas?

There is a lifter inside the rear of the seat. You have to take out two screws from the bottom of the seat back to access the internals. We sell these in the partsShop.

What is the part number or name of the part. I can't seem to find it using the search tools.
