Will a '99 E430 Sport bumper fit on a 2000 E320?

Posted this in the Body forum and got no response...thought I'd try here.

I have all of a sudden found myself with 2 W210s. One is a '99 E430 Sport that may become a parts car (I'll know more tomorrow). If so, I like the rear bumper on the Sport and would like to swap it over to a 2000 E320, but I'm unsure of the fitment after seeing several ebay listings that lead me to believe that the swap won't work. Does anyone know if it might be a direct swap or if it can be done with minimal manipulation...or it simply can't easily happen?

This service can often be found at auto wrecking yard. they have a financial
interest in seeing parts sold. the quicker they can identify cross compatibility
the better position they are towards that big 401k fund.

Hollander has been around for decades but sadly, i learned that the stopped
publishing this in book form and in only making the info available digitally for
upwards of $500. Up till now, I simply brought a water bottle, digital camera,
and sat at the library taking photos of w210 pages for free. It's priced out
of reach for me for any newer cars, 2006+

what is Hollander
Hollander on the cheap
Hollander even cheaper if near you

One thing to think of. The Hollander books only show "like for like" interchanges and not "will fit but looks different" when it comes to body panels.

I'd have a look at the stock rear bumpers and see if they interchange. If they do, the sport / stock swap is likely possible. And, given you have both cars, if brackets are different you can get around that.
