Ignition timing for the M/B 560 SEC.

Need information on setting the ignition timing on my 1989 Mercedes 560 SEC. I have read some from the cd but was unable to set it. I would like a step by step proceedure for setting it running (vac connected). The equipment I have, timing light, dwell meter and such. Thanks...
