Battery removal question, '06 CLK 350 cab.
I'll be putting my wife's CLK away for the winter soon and am faced with a location with no electricity to trickle charge the battery.
Knowing the pile of resets I'll have to do after, can I just disconnect the negative and leave it? Or should I remove the battery and keep it trickle charged at home? Also, if I remove it, how to do it to ensure no nasty surges when it gets reinstalled? Which order to remove leads when uninstalling, then which order when reinstalling ? ![]() |
