1994 Mercedes E320 w124 wagon missing fuse/amp

On my 1994 Mercedes E320 wagon, I noticed on the front left side facing me in front of the battery, a missing fuse/amp on top. See the color red circle on the photo attachment below. It looks like a missing amp 30 fuse, is that correct? If so, what is the fuse or amp for, anyway? What is the correct amp number, 10, 20 or 30 amp? Any helpful comments/feedback is appreciated.

It is used when the old analog phones were installed, you don't need it

On an unrelated note, if that's a picture of your engine compartment, I'd suggest you take care of that kinked radiator hose!

No it is not my picture of the engine and mine does not have a klinked radiator hose.
