Crankshaft position sensor on ebay for sale important part details what that means?
 

Earlier this morning, I was browsing on the internet web looking for a crankshaft position sensor on Ebay. The seller has this crankshaft position sensor for sale. As I scrolled down the website, I noticed on the left side of the vehicle fitment of the various mercedes models has this important part details highlighted in color red. I don't understand what does this important part details through engine # 12-072236 Rear means? According to my VIN, my 1994 Mercedes E320 wagon engine number is 104992 12 061339. Will that particular crankshaft position sensor will fit on my Mercedes wagon engine number 104992 12 061339 and is the correct crankshaft position sensor part that will work? I need to know because I have bought some crankshaft position sensors before and does not work on my vehicle. Can anyone clarify the important part details on the crankshaft position sensor so I know for sure? Any comments and/or feedback is greatly appreciated.
