Hey folks,

The fan belt on my 1982 280TE has just started squealing this week so I think it's time for a replacement.

Does anyone have a guide to replacement, and/or a part number for the correct belt?

This might help since it's the same engine - PointedThree - M110 Alternator Belt Size?

My guess is tension is set at the alternator. Loosen the longitudinal bolts - one is the pivot point, the other locks belt tension - then turn the tall adjusting thing with a 13mm wrench. Take the belt to the store to be matched.
