98 E320 wagon rear door lock actuator
 

The right rear door locks but won't unlock with the pump. I tried to get to the actuator on a parts car. I removed the two Torx head screws holding the actuator and the two Torx head screws holding the latch unit but I can't get the deal out of the door. I see instructions for the front doors but not the rears. What am I missing?

The outside door handle and mount plate need to come off so the latch will have room to come out. R&R is very similar to front door.
