HVAC CODE 1241
 

I have a 2000 W220 S500
the HVAC code is 1241 I reset it, but I want to know with this code or a low refrigerant level will the HVAC blower not work?
I have checked all of the fuses under the hood and under the rear seat, I also tried to check the connecter that plugs into the blower regulator with a test light but I didn't get a light I would like to know why the blower isn't working.
