W123 280ce fuel/air adjustment?

Hey guys just got my car back on the road after 20yrs and I've had the injection system rebuilt along with everything else replaced or fixed. It runs great but it idles really high when it's cold and doesn't idle down until it is good and warm. It was idling down to the point of stalling but I adjusted the idle and that is fixed now. What I'm asking is does anyone know what could be doing this. Is there another adjustment that can be done? Or could it be a bad part? Also after it's warm and you shut it off when you try to restart it you have to crank on it for a few seconds. I haven't replaced the accumalator or the small regulator under the hood. Any info would be appreciated. Thanks
