2003 S430 Seat belt won't release
The seat belt on the drivers side won't release all the way so I can put it on. It comes out about 8 inches and then locks up. Any ideas besides a pair of scissors? Thanks for your help.

Fixed it! Car was initially on an incline, put it on level surface and that fixed it!
