91 300CE Knock Sensor Compatibility
 

The knock sensor wiring on my CIS M104 has pretty much fallen apart and the original part number is no longer available from the dealer: 002 153 74 28.

However, the knock sensor wiring from a W140 with an M104 looks the same to me (has same connections on both knock sensor and EZL) but uses a different part number: 003 153 48 28

Does anyone know if they are interchangeable?
