HELP! 722.4 rebuilding problems

Greetings,

I'm currently rebuilding my 722.4 W124 gearbox, but facing some difficulties which I can't solve it. K2 drum seems to be stucked and wont even turn when I rebolted the front pump, rear cover and 30mm flange bolt, and input shaft seems to be directly connected with output shaft. Can't even turn input shaft when in P. Already replaced all the bearings and it's still the same.

Any ideas guys?

You've already rebuilt the trans and now it won't spin? Your clutch packs are not lined up correctly. 90% of the time that's the issue. Something is not lined up properly.
