Been searching for R129 98 SL 500 Fuse Chart

I'm wondering why there is no fuse chart in my owners manual? Have a issue on removing the hardtop, a fellow Pelicaner suggested the pump motor fuse may be blown but I wanted to confirm with a fuse chart for the rear boot fuse box, can anybody point me in the right direction? I've done searches but to no avail.

1998 SL 500

Thanks in advance.

Paul

Well, all the fuses are good but still not able to remove the hard top? Followed the checklist, fluid level is ok but no noises or actuation.

My hydraulic system has leaky cylinders so I don't use the auto system opting for the old fashioned 10 mm open end and torx bit. ( and even then the hard top came off only to inspect the soft top as I keep the hard top on year round. )

Does the red top button blink? Have you tried to raise the roll bar from the manual switch? The roll bar runs from the same pump / controller as the top.

If the pump does not run, I'd probe the motor wires to see if it is getting power.

Hi guys

New member here.
I'm in the UK and own an r129 500 SL from 1992. My room has stopped working.

The roll bar works but when it's down it flashes. When I manually put the roof down the red light blinks and beeps whenever the car moves.

I changed the hydraulic fluid in the reservoir last week, it was black but still very full. Put the hydraulic fluid for the car from mercedes but still no joy.

Any advice is welcomed (bear in mind I'm not very technical on cars but I'm trying to learn)
