W123 coupe blower motor trouble
My fan broke on the shaft of the motor the other day so I ordered a new motor with fan. Today I decided to take the old one out and it turns out my fan is totally different. I have manual AC with the dual climate control. It is a gray market but I didn't think that the fan would be different. It's a 85 280ce if your wondering. I checked to see if it matched any other model but had no luck. My motor was a little harder to remove as well. And the wires go in through the top of the housing that it's bolted in, not the bottom. If I can't find anything I might be able to fix this one but I'm just wondering if anyone else has had a similar issue.

I've been searching all over and I believe the ac system was installed when it got imported to the states. Is there any way to get a replacement fan because that's all I need, my motor works fine. I have a fan on order for a regular w123 and I'm going to try and retrofit it.
