R129 door lock actuator
 

Want to repair lock actuator on 97 SL320. Need instructions on removal.

I don't have any detailed info. The door panel needs to be removed, 96 was the first year for the uprated interior, I'd expect the actuator to be the same 90 - 01.

What color / options does your 97 have?

I'm 702 Smoke Silver with black interior. AMG sport package ( bumpers / 18" monoblock wheels ) , wood steering wheel / shifter , xenon headlights. This was a lease car and the person that speced it out wisely took $ from the 500 and put it against a 320 making a better car.
