Dash lights blink still

I replaced the fuel relay and the stop light switch and that fixed the abs, bas, and esp malfunctions.
But every now and then the dash lights blink, the radio dies and the ac fans cut out. It all happens in a split second, but it happens.

It's happened twice since the other parts were replaced, but they gave a malfunction error, this dash lights, radio fail and the ac fans die do not give a malfunction.
It happens so fast I can't look down to see quick enough, but I hear the radio and the fans fail, but they come back so fast it's like a bump in a smooth road.

Has this happened to anyone else?

What car are you talking about?

2003 E320 Mercedes

today, the same thing happened with the radio and a/c fans but this time a ESP malfunction came up on the dash.

The next time we started the E320 to leave the dash says NO Malfunctions.

When we got home I pulled the small battery under the hood and it tested OK, 12.6 volts out of the car, and would run a small 12 volt fan I use in the barn strong.

There is no starting issue, and when the dash lights blink the engine does not cut off.

Has this happened to anyone else.

I only have a few hairs left on my head to pull out and my wife is eyeing those as I type.

It's a long shot but doesn't that car have a multi-pin control module near the driver side dash under the hood? Pull that off, clean the contacts and make sure it seats correctly. If it's ever been removed, not reinstalling correctly could cause on board controls to blink. The module itself could be bad, the car won't start without it.

If it's not the control module then you need to reference the wiring diagram for the car. You may have a short to ground somewhere, possibly the negative terminal on battery is loose is first item to check, then find the wiring harness for your dash and check the ground wires for shorts.

Are you talking about the Fuse and relay box up against the drivers windshield?

I see fuses and relays Should I plug in and out everything in the box?

Thanks

Returning from Church this morning the dash lights, radio and A/C fan cut out 4 times in about 30 seconds.
This time I noticed the speedometer dropped to "0" also during those times.
Even though we were going about 35mph the needle of the speedometer to "0" and returned to 35.
Once while we were at a stop light, it all went dead for a split second, but the engine never stopped or burped.

Does this help identify a gremlin or bad sensor?

I may be premature about this but here goes.

Remember I bought a new "Stop light switch" last month from the MB dealer but the lights still blinks at least twice while driving.

Last week I picked up another new stop light switch from the same dealer and installed that one. It was just a cheap way to test everything again. $14.70 from the MB dealer is not bad.

It's been a week and no problems so far. Maybe the first one was a bad part from Mercedes?

My fingers are crossed.

A new thing happened to the dash lite blinking that had been OK since I re-replaced the stop light switch.
No blinking for weeks then yesterday the dash lights blinked one time, and this time as the dash lights went off the windshield wipers came ON.
It all happens in a flash, so quick it's hard to see but it is happening.
There got to be a link somewhere.

What would make something come on as all the other things go off during some failure?
