Does the W203 C230 sedan use fiber optics?

Hello, new here..

I searched elsewhere in this board but found only limited information. I took my C230 to a tint place to get some tints replaced and inquired how much a new infotainment system would cost. They said it depended on whether the car had fiber optics; which he said he believed W203s have. Is there a way I can find out for sure (short of calling a dealer?)
