i have 2 mercedes 300ce cars i have converted to 5 speed manuals. on one i removed the fuel injection and ignition and refitted a 48mm idf weber and adapted a vacuum advanced 1975 ford grenada distributor with a gmc modual. the car runs AWESOME. porsche fast. i have a question regarding cam advance. i am setting up a microswitch to activate this. is this circuit normally open? and at what rpm does it activate. thanks! this is the dual cam m104 engine


i did find out the circuit is normally open, attached the microswitch and set it to activate at 2000 rpm. im thinking this is a safe estimate on rpm
