W124 (93 300TE) lights and wipers won't turn off.
 

Hi,
Just as the title says, when I start the car or turn the key to accessories, all the exterior lights (headlights, brakelights, reverse lights, parking lights) along with both front and rear wipers turn on automatically no matter where the light and wiper switch are set.
I've done several things so far such as replace all fuses, checked several ground connections (engine bay and behind instrument cluster) as well as changed out OVP relay.
I also removed the combination relay and started the car, everything was still turning on.

Any help would be appreciated.

What component or connection is common to all those lights? Ignition switch? I'd start diagnosis there.
