It looks to me like his toe-in specs are wrong. Looking at the linked spec, 25’ is almost half a degree, and -10’ would bring it to 1/4 degree so you should always be at a toe in situation. He has you at zero.

Lesjofors are the ones I use. They all sag at this point, replace the set of four. Parts Geek carries them for reasonable. |

What's the spec on included angle? At nearly 21 degrees, your measurements may indicate frame damage on the right side. Has this car ever been in an accident?
|
I suspect the car was sideswiped some time ago but on the driver side. The car fax on this car does not indicate an accident but i think there is some evidence of body work. The PO always had it serviced at the dealer (for 20 years) so i imagine he would have taken it to a reputable body shop.
I used a digital laser-type thermometer on the hubs after highway driving and there was no significant variation in temperature between any of the wheels so I don't think the bakes are causing it. |
OK. So...
The alignment shop looked at it again. They cannot find anything that is bent but the ride height in the back is over 1 inch lower on the drivers side than on the passenger side. He thinks it is the rear springs. What do you think? |
I confirmed the measurements. The back ride height is about 1.25 inches lower on the drivers side
|
Swap the springs around and find out.
