2008 W211 Engine oil filter housing gasket

My 211 E350 with 122k miles has developed a slight leak diagnosed as a filter housing gasket. Dealer wants $460 to replace it. I've good diy skills and tools. Just wondering if there are pitfalls in the job? Thanks.

Looks like a lot of crap to remove just to replace the gasket, but not difficult. You may want to read Marcus Aurelius’ Meditations to keep yourself calm while you spend half your day doing it.
