Mercedes W202 Drivebelt Tensioner?

Mounted new Febi tensioner and the wheel in this package didnt match up and its like half mm into tensioner at front and bottom of the wheel got scratch. Wheels are same size new and original, and the sound its not coming from bearing in wheel, its from the spring inside tensioner. To find out you hold tensioner with ratchet when engine is running, if its silent its the tensioner, still sound its bearing on this tensioner wheel. Its sad you need to grind down new parts to make them fit, use grinder on the tensioner not wheel.

And if you have a loud screaming noise at low rpm, sounds like bearing failing it can be this tensioner. Pull it up and down, if its making any kind of noise its getting real loud when engine is running. Original on the 99mod C180 there was no shock absorber and its jumping when its old and ready for change, buy kit with shock and mountings is ready to fit on engine.
