blower motor

A/C Blower motor quit blowing. Fuses are ok. Any ideas???? 1997 e-420..

check blower regulator , under right side of dash take out 3 screws to panel, test regulator there I believe yellow wire is signal to speed up , low like 1,8 volts high maybe 6 volts , if your seeing voltage changes when pressing high low request on ac panel but no change in speed replace regulator

blower regulator is accessible from inside under dash? I thought blower had to be removed.

just checked wis , yes accessable without removing motor
