Manual trans manual?

I've decided to do a teardown on my 5 speed and rebuild it over using this bmw 6 spd and a very expensive adapter kit.

Anyone have a copy of the manual trans manual? I have an older one for W123 somewhere, not sure how different a W124 one would be.
