Fixes? Window Shade & Warning Chime
 

My 92 400e has one of those power window shades. The shade raises and lowers just fine. But the roller at the base of the shade doesn't take up any of the "slack."


Also the warning chime that's supposed to alert you that you've left your headlights on is also not working.


Any tips on how to fix either of these?
