Yes. I bet the w116 visible in the last few seconds of the video was in there for ABS, not SBC. It shouldn’t even have a Small Block Chevy in it. :-)

SBC seems to have debuted in 2001 in MB cars. Right?

Yup, the R230 was the first model to have it for the 2002 model year. It was the 2003 model year for the w211.

Chrysler was really the first with electronic 4 wheel ABS as an option for the 1971 Imperial. The system was build by Bendix. ( shades of Bendix having EFI before Bosch released D jet in 1969 ) Mopar Fuselage Styled Full Size Cars

Ford and GM had rear wheel ABS in the same era.
