This SL does not crank at all--lights of fine--new battery--nothing
when key in ignition and turned to start position. @100,000 miles on car. HELP???

Grounds, fuses?? Do a search on this. I recall someone else having this same problem.

Any sound at all, or just silence? Absolute silence might indicate a failed neutral start switch. It could also be worn shifter or shift rod bushings not properly positioning shift lever, making switch think you're not in park. Hope this helps.
