w126 300sel Radiator
Looking to replace the radiator to my 1988 w126 300sel.
Plastic neck broke off on its own. Going to first try to attach the plastic upper inlet by using JB weld but if that doesn't work then I have no choice but the replace the radiator. Part#126 500 54 03 (supersedes the old part#124 500 5103) is no longer available thru the Mercedes dealer. Looking for a good solid radiator. Which brand is recommended? Any advice is greatly appreciated |

Behr is OEM, I always had good experiences with Nissens, they are a little cheaper. If you going to keep your car for a while I would go wit a Behr radiator.

Its incorrect coolant and incorrect hose clamps that cause this issue.
I used sink drain pipe on one of mine until I replaced the whole radiator.
