need water drain diagram for W220

Hello everyone,
I have been battling water flooding on my driver side of my w220, US specs, left hand drive, 2003 s500 4matic.
I have finally been able to figure out where the water is leaking from causing the driver side floor to flood.
when i put the pipe on the driver side of the windshield/body/A pillar side from the outside so that water is pouring the the drain that is next to the corner where the driver's side fuse box is, I see that the water drips on the inside right where the handle is to open up the hood.
it's a constant drip leading me to believe that somehow the drain pipe inside the fender is either disconnected or has a leak because the water does come out of the inner wheel well with good flow.

I want to know where the drain next to the fuse box on the driver's side leads to, what pipe it connects to etc so i can figure where it's leaking from. Does the fender have to come off ? or can i take the inner wheel well plastic off and that should suffice ?
thanks so much in advance.
attached is the pic where the water is draining from on the inside.

My w140 has always had that problem since 2009 when I bought it.I bought a small snake and cleaned all for drain holes, when you open the sunroof. But driver's side still leaks some.So I really don't go anywhere in the rain, summer, because no ac. Winter I seal my sunroof cracks with vasaline,as it washes off easy.
I've heard some of these drain tubes rust out.

My touchpoint is a 201, but I bet it's not that different. There are drains in the corners of the sunroof "pan", here's where the front one exits:

I have hard nylon tubing. One day I will force tubing down, and cemet to the drain. That should stop problem
