Replacing Trans. Pan and rethreading Bolt holes
Is $300.00 reasonable for replacing transmission pan and rethreading bolt holes on 1985 300Sd reasonable?

No way! Not unless there is something I'm not being told. By "rethreading" I assume you just mean running a tap through the bolt holes, nothing more than that.
Should be about an hour of labor, less than $100 in most areas. Gilly |
