can't open hood

hey i hope someone can help, my 300d hood won't open when i pull the latch is threanoter way please help you cn also email me Jcarigga39@yahoo.com thanks

what year is it?

Push the hood down, pull the triangle out, and then lift it up...If you push it down it will relieve some strain.
