94 E420 seat in 87 300tdt
 

I found a 94 e420 with black leather I would like to install in my 87 300tdt wagon, will the front and second row seats bolt in?

Fronts will bolt in but need different wiring to switches , rears no way

So are any factory rear seats a direct swap from a different model w124 for a wagon?

You have to get wagon seats out of another 124 wagon to fit.

The front seats from the E420 will not bolt in due to the wider transmission tunnel for the V8 engine. Any front seats from the non V8 sedans and wagons are interchangeable.

You could however swap the seat tracks from your current seat with the donor E420 seats.
