Manual transmission flex disc orientation w201

I need help, I’m getting my swap almost done, but the transmission I got didn’t have the flex disc on, and I don’t know which way it is suppose to

You have to ensure that the necked down section of the disk seats into the recess in the flanges.

I noticed that both sides had little collars, the gold side was a lot bigger though
