Help finding a pressure plate w124

I’m doing a manual swap and can’t find a pressure plate that fits with this flywheel

103-030-14-05
If anyone has a way of finding what pressure plate that bolts to this I’d really appreciate it.

If anyone has a way of finding what pressure plate (PP) bolts to this I’d really appreciate it.

Steps that may help you help yourself:
1) Post pictures of the flywheel.
2) Measure the diameter of the friction surface.
3) Measure the diameter of the PP mounting bolt circle.
4) Measure the step (if any) from the PP mounting surface to the friction surface.

What was the engine & chassis of original application?
