1998 320 4Matic wagon HVAC control
All of a sudden when I switch on the Ignition the HVAC display goes from blank to displaying all of the possible indications in the display. Does anyone have an idea of what is going on? Thanks in advance!

I pulled the HVAC controller out and it smelled burnt. I pulled the circuit board out and found a burnt spot. I have a spare controller that would not bring the blower to full speed which I installed and the same area burned. I have no idea on how to find what is wrong. On the board the legend shows that C67 and R126 are involved. Can any help with this or recommend a knowledgeable repair source. Does anyone out there need a parts car?
