I have a 1985 Mercedes 300SD. The engine will not shut-off. I am determined to perform the repair myself. I replaced the vaccum shut-off servo located behind the injector which was an experience. Is there an ajustment for the vaccum shutoff servo which I replaced? The auto will not shut down with the key switch, nor the manual engine shut-off. The brakes perform fine, and the locking mechanism works well.
I would greatly appreciate any suggestions or information that anyone would graciously provide me. Thank you for any courtesy that is afforded. Best Regards Barb aviator@centuryinter.net |
