Is there a way I can check my vacuum lines for continuity of seal? I am going to purchase a new heater-A/C servo but I want to be sure my vacuum lines are intact before I change the unit.
Thanks, Joe |

Yes there is such a thing as a vacum tester.
But unless you are very familiar with that type of climate control system I would not suggest trying to test it, because that system is complex in many areas and not easy to diagnose vacum leaks. I have seen qualified MB techs have difficulties with finding leaks in that system. Good luck ------------------ MB Medic 14 year MB tech 7 year shop foreman @ independent MB/Volvo shop |
