722.6 Output flange

Hi, guys,

I am working on replacing the transmission of a 99 Mercedes CLK430, old transmission would not go to drive or reverse, even after I replaced filter ad conductor plate. I found a used transmission, the same 722.6, that came off from a 2001 SLK230, However, the output flange on the donor transmission is smaller than the CLK430. The question is, does the output flange from SLK230 would have the same inside diameter on the CLK430? I have not tried taking the flange out of the bad CLK430 transmission, just throwing the question and hopefully I would get a reply. Many thanks in advance to all who is would help me this problem.
