where to purchase replacement relay
Hello
I have a 1987 300E. This evening when I started the car I heard a buzzing noise coming from the dash area. It ended up being a buzzing relay that is in the relay box that is attached to the fuse box under the hood near the master cylinder. I drove off with the bussing sound for a quick trip to the store down the street. I noticed that whenever I would use the turn signal the buzzing would go away. I also noticed that the fuel, water temp and oil pressure gauges did not work. I drove home and removed the cover to the relay box and found the relay that was making all the noise. Its part number 201 821 00 47 I did a search and was surprised that I couldn't find one available besides a used one on ebay. There were a couple of other sources however the delivery was almost a month (most likely coming from china?) Anyone know were I can get one? |

I would maybe if voltage right and amps, use standard relays save plugin from old one and wire new in.

Updated Part Number
Believe Mercedes updated the part number around 2014. New part number is 201-821-02-47. Hope this helps.
